Extremely difficult to get mailing prices when calling 1-800 Ask USPS. I called three time because I felt that the postage given me was incorrect and I received three diff prices. I understand that workers answering calls are not postal works and are not familiar as to what questions to ask and they don't perform GIST greet, inquire, suggest, and thank.I'm very familiar with your DMM and can figure prices out and find out all the governing regs for mailing. All I need is a mailing list for first class letters and small padded envelopes weighing less than 13oz.,priority prices, express prices. Do you still have price guides for domestic mail and international mail that were given to businesses or individuals. I was in mailing requirements office and I trained counter clerks in the post office and dealt with regs pertaining to solving problems. Do you still sale DMM's and IMM's to the public?

Not sure what you mean, Barbara. The rate sheet is designed to let you figure out the appropriate postage rate on your own. Is there some information you think is lacking?
